Who We Are
President and CEO, Lou Roberson
Rachel “Lou” Roberson founded IKS in 1993 in order to better serve her customers with turn-key, design services.
A native Tennessean, Lou attended Nashville’s renowned Watkins School of Design, furthering her innate ability and creativity in making the most of her customer’s existing space through the exceptional use of color, light and texture.
With over thirty years of experience in the commercial design industry, Lou continues to provide her customers with exceptional value, superior design and remarkable finishes to all of her customers’ projects.
Lou resides in Nashville with her husband, and when not working, pursues her hobbies of motorcycling and European travel.
Director of Operations, Matthew Humphrey
Matthew has worked actively in the commercial design and furniture industries since 2002. He has spent the last 10 years with Innkeepers Supply, Inc. where he serves as Director of Operations. In that position, Matthew oversees the daily operations of our specification, estimating, purchasing, and finance departments.
When Matthew is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, as well as volunteering at his church; Grace Chapel.
Design & Purchasing Coordinator, Paulette Stroupe
Paulette has over thirty year of experience in the casual furniture industry. Most of these were spent as the owner of a Top 100 casual furniture retail store where she gained expertise in all phases of business.
At IKS, Paulette handles and tracks all orders made for various projects. She maintains excellent communication with clients & vendors and through very precise coordination she ensures that shipments arrive at the correct time and place for project installations.
Paulette and her husband have two daughters, reside in Brentwood and are members of Brentwood Baptist Church. When not working, she loves to garden and spend time in Hilton Head Island.
